I know how to translate the strings which show on the pages and posts.but how to translate the strings of background of newspaper,which show on the theme panel,like header,footer, and so on?

Sorry but the theme panel cannot be translated. Only the front-end can be translated in our themes, not the back-end.

Can I change the words in the files to do that?
Which files should I edit?

Hi,
The theme panel files would be here – https://www.screencast.com/t/YqkQjMTbgW
You would have to manually translate the text inside those files.
Note that these files will be replaced after a theme update, so maybe make a backup of them after you make the modifications.
