Border around each individual post within a block

If I use a block that contains more than one post, is it possible to set a border around each post (as opposed to the whole block)?

I downloaded 8.7 and used a flex block. Problem solved!

I finished setting up the flex block how I want it, but I’ve just noticed it is not mobile responsive. For example, I’m using flex block 1 with 4 modules per row. Can I get it to show 1 module per row on a mobile device?
