Can you remove the gravatar and all the box that I have indicated red? And the arrows I want to put those pages in uppercase as is the cover page.

Hello,
You can create a custom author template in the tagdiv cloud library plugin and apply it to your author pages in the templates area. You can then create the template exactly as you want, without breadcrumbs or author box element.
