tagDiv Cloud Library causes Error 500

Hello,

When installing and activating the tagDiv Cloud Library plugin, I instantly see a problem Error 500 on the WP Dashboard. The website stays active on the frontend, but when I try accessing the WP Dashboard (wp-admin) I get the error and can’t access it.

The problem is the plugin definitely because when I rename its folder via FTP the site dashboard works fine again.

I tried your solution for memory limit in wp-config to set to 256M, but that didn’t solve the problem.

Can you please help?

Thanks!

Hi,

Unfortunately, please notice that kind of error just comes from your dedicated server. Please check here -> https://www.lifewire.com/500-internal-server-error-explained-2622938 Try to make a new install to another subdomain for testing and check the results.

Thanks for your understanding!

Hi Catalin,

I don’t think that my server has problems, but how you mean new install to another subdomain? Is this a solution or some kind of joke? I’m already working on the website and the domain must stay as it is.

As for the link from Lifewire.com you sent, I’ve already been through lots of “How to fix the Error 500” topic articles.

So seems you’re telling me that there is no solution for this?

Thanks,
Trajce

Hello Trajce,

Try to clear all the caches, resave your permalinks and check the results. If you need more assistance, please send us an email at contact@tagdiv.com with your log-in information (wp-admin) so we can further investigate it closer to your setup page.

Thanks for the message!
