What is the best way to tracks ad analytics if not using Adsense? If you have already added this in the documentation, I may have overlooked it. If that is the case, can you point me in the right direction? I am using the Newsmag theme.

The Analitycs Code should have to be added here -> https://www.screencast.com/t/fc7l4hGXv Ensure that you are using the latest version of the theme via FTP way, clear all the caches and check the results.

Silly follow up question… Would this also track traffic, impressions, clicks, etc. for background ads as well? All of my ads are “custom” so I was able to figure out the analytics for the rest of my ads just not the background ad since I am using the built-in ad system for that.

I believe with Analytics you can track and keep statistics for all external links, background ads would be included
