Does the main item in a drop down menu have to be clickable?

I’ve got an item in my header menu called “Contact”. Under that, there’s a drop down item called “Meeting”. When you click on Contact, you see the drop down option of Meeting, but you might not know that if you click hard on Contact, that will take you to a separate page too.

Same with my About item. There’s a drop down for things like Voice Actor, Copywriter, Press. But you might not know to click hard on About too, to see my general bio.

So I’m wondering if I can make About a non-clickable thing, and just put categories under it, like Bio, Copywriter, Voice Actor.

I don’t see an option for attaching a screenshot. But my site is celebrityjosh.com. I’m using the Newspaper theme, if that matters. You can see at the top I have menu items, like About. If I pull things under that, to make Voice Actor, Copywriter, Cartoonist submenus, they will show up when you click on About. But then, how will people know that About takes you to its own page, with an overall bio? They might completely miss the About page. How do website owners deal with this when it comes to Menus and Submenus?
