Hi
I have update the plugin but the exchange widget doesnt render it says: Render failed – no data is received
I only set it up 1-2 hrs ago, does it take some time before it starts sending data?

Hi,
It may take some time before the key works, then it should refresh every hour according to their description of the free plan. For me it worked after a couple of hours

So it should work for you eventually, if you use the latest version of the theme.
