Search function on custom post type title gives unconsistent results

Hi,
while testing the search functionality I’ve encountered a bug. Ajax results while typing find the right post, while a “show all results” return 0 matches.

For example, searching for “Bando” (which is a title of a custom post) results 1 match in ajax returned list, but 0 when the search button is clicked.

Hi,

That should not happen, the theme uses the same search WordPress uses. It is not a custom modified search. Test if possible with a default WordPress theme. If the same happens, deactivate all plugins and check again.

Thanks for the reply. I’ve found that the problem was due to the plugin “Advanced Custom Search Pro”.
