Is the title of the post as good as an h1 heading in the post?
I can see the title has this source code: <h1 class=”entry-title”>
is this as good as
<h1>
in the blog post?
Meaning, should I not use h1 in the post text editor. Or will pick the post title as the h1 and see 2 h1?
Or you recommend using two h1, one being the class=”entry-title” (and hence not a “real” h1 ?!).
What do you think would be the best solution (from SEO point of view)?

A heading is a heading, adding a class or ID to it will not cause any problems with it. Classes, ID’s or inline styles are in general used for design purposes.

The post title is the h1 heading, so you could follow it with the other headings to create a structure.
Yes, it seems to be best practice to start the content with a h2, h1 being the post title.

H1 is the title of the page or the blog post, and you should only use it once per article. Other headings can be used multiple times, as long as they follow a hierarchical structure – so you should use H2 before you use H3 within a topic.
