I have a problem with the “twitter social widget”, the number of my followers do not refresh anymore.
My twitter account has more than 800 followers but the widget only show 641.

Thank you for your answer but I’ve try to update the theme and now it’s worst my social section has disappeared and the contact form problem is not fixed
The tagDiv Social Counter has been desactivated after the theme update. I have reactivated it so now he’s visible but the number still not match with the real number of my twitter account followers
To avoid some conflicts with my wpbakery page builder plugin, the
tagDiv Composer plugin is desactivated. Is this could be the origin of the problem ? Because the rest of the site seem to work properly expect this.

When the theme is updated the social counter and tagDiv composer plugins should update automatically, it seems however that this fails sometimes. If that is the case they will deactivate themselves and an “Update” button should be displayed here for the plugins

Once you manually update the plugins would work properly.
If you use WPBakery and the tagDiv composer simultaneously, in some situations there might be problems. But not with the social counter, that would work with either of them.
