tagdiv composer – cannot open wp editor –

it’s just opening with empty page which has only WP Editor header when I click Edit Content in the header settings one of the elements. I’ve tried to this with the 3 different explorer(chrome, firefox and ie.) How can I solve this problem? I need to reach wp editor to change contents..

getting 403 forbidden error when try to reach wpeditor.php

I am also getting this error, WP Editor – > edit-content is not working, please let me know what fix needs to be applied
