In TD Composer I found 22 block. But “Read more” look like a link. Maybe I can to change a link “Read more” to the button in 22 block of TD Composer. But I can`t find how exactly(

Hi,
That particular module is not used in any blocks (module 12), it can be selected as the module to be used in the blog page, category pages, tag pages etc in the theme panel.
You could re-create it with a flex block however. That block can me customized to look in many ways including something like that
