Every code I post into my footer ad sections shows the image as broken. How to fix?

Hi,
That image link seems to be broken, try to upload it in a free image hosting or sharer, then paste the link here.
However, does the ad code display if you enter it in a different ad spot? Does the image it uses exist and is accessible?
