my website lebaneseworldmedia.com had a problem where it was showing Chinese characters instead of icons on the website.

I followed the instructions by updating the .htaccess code but now have stuffed up the entire website and it’s showing me error 500:Internal Error
I did backup of the orifinal .htaccess file. So i tried to re-upload it, but nothing changed.
Please hlep

From what I can see at the moment the website works and the icons look properly
