I’m looking for some custom css that will horizontally center post content (text). I don’t want all of the lines centered, mind you. I want regular left aligned text to be centered (with enough padding on the left and right) so that it appears in the middle of the screen rather than against the left edge. This is called “center align” in typography, I believe.
Is there a way to accomplish this with posts and/or pages using custom CSS?

You can accomplish this using WordPress directly. You do not need custom css to so it.
