Earlier I used child theme and used visual composer and custom coding to design the pages. But now I’m designing site from scratch using tagdiv composer. However, I don’t see new design implemented properly because of child theme. How can I remove child theme to get new design implemented. or how to inherit new design using child theme?

So the child theme is creating problems? What design is affected by the child theme? If you disable the child theme, is everything working properly?
Code in child themes at some point may not work, the main theme files will be modified by us eventually, so your modifications may not work properly or at all. In this case the code will have to be adapted. Go over the code used in the child theme and modify where there is a problem.
