The theme font settings doesn’t make sense to me. It is labeled as Style 1 – 13 template. Could you please explain what Style 1 – 13 means?

Where exactly does it say that? That looks like a simple block. Blocks are made of modules

Each module has it’s own settings in the theme panel

Also by editing the page with the tagDiv composer, each block can be customized separately in terms of font (“Style” tab of the block settings)

I believe all font aspects of a block can be customized in the composer.

It’s at Theme Fonts -> Post title. There are Style 1 – 13 template.
Those settings are for the post titles in the post page

For example in a post that uses post template 3 the font settings for the post title are these
