Hi there,

Just a small question – I’ve updated the theme and added a new Social Counter widget. Instagram bar doesn’t display properly (too short). See below:

Hello Angela,

Provide your website URL so I can take a closer look at it. Before this, try to remove all of the untested plugins, clear all the caches, purge CDN files and check the results.

Hi,

From what I can see none of the socials display as they should, which is like this

There is a code in the custom CSS section in your case, this code affects the counter
– https://www.screencast.com/t/1DccPTZytB
Remove that code and the issue will be solved.

Please update the theme to the latest version of it via FTP, remove all of the untested plugins, clear all the caches and check the results.

Hi,

I uploaded the latest version of theme.

This has solved the problem of loading instagram.

However, pictures are not getting updated or deleted as per the instagram ID.
