Hi,
Is there a way to restyle all previous posts to a single style, if all the posts were essentially a random style to begin with? Need to make all several hundred posts on our site a single style, would like a way to do it without manually changing it per article.

There isn’t. All single post template changes per post replace the setting in Theme Panel. You have no other option other than change every single article.
