We have a page where each author has a Page – like a business page . and then the author can make posts to that page over a form we created.
Now is there any way that i can show the pages from the author on a post he created
like “more from this author” –> can i show pages there? or add another field with the page?

I don’t quite follow you here. Indeed each author will have a default author page. You can now build those pages with the composer for each author if needed.
Post templates can also be built with the composer, you can display anything the composer has available in them. There is a more from author element, it will show posts from the author of the opened post

That is all it can display, posts from the same author.

Thank you for your answer.
We have special user roles on our site. Some users may have their own page () to display lets say their company information with pictures etc (they are the creator of that page (modified role) )
Those very same users are allowed to post into their own a pre-defined category. those posts are displayed on their page.
PROBLEM
If someone visits the page of that particular user and then clicks a post, the post opens and there is no way to get back to the page of the user.
so if we could modify or add another “more from author” box then we could automaticly link back to the page…

is that even possible ? could we modify the code or duplicate the “more from author part” and detect the page from which a user is the creator/author ?

So clicking back in the browser does not work? That would be an option if the user actually wants to return to the author page.
The more from author displays posts from the author of the current post, so one can go from post to post of that author using that section.
The author page can be accessed by clicking the author name which appears in the top part of the post, in the author box, maybe other places as well, if the reader chooses to.

The whole idea is to give the user a more visual option to visit the authors page.
we dont post author names on the site, so we cant get to the author post template for example.
Also we display post content in other areas as well, and if someoene flipps through posts it would be nice to have a button, or as the “more from author” where the visitor can easily and most forwardly visibly click and visit the page from the author.
hence i would have liked to be able to link a specific PAGE to the post ..

If i click on the post, which is in a certain category and can be reached also from other parts of the website.. i cant get back or easily access a page from the “same author”

so the visitor is stuck in looking at other posts (i can manually of coure write in a link)
the author template, only can be visited if i display the author name and someone clicks on it.. thats not visible enough for our intention…
any ideas if we can change or modify this?

Unfortunately our theme does not have any feature that would ad a button or section on a post to include a functionality similar to the ‘more from author’ feature. This can only be made custom and we cannot provide any customization services at the moment. Sorry.
maybe you can find a plugin that can provide the needed functionality but i cannot recommend one as we have not tested such a plugin.
