Random posts 7 day not work

Hi Support!
I have edited in the theme settings -> post settings -> Enable 7 DAYS POST USE SORTING. But it only works when I login account, when I log off accounts F5 to refresh so many times it will not work. The check please.

Hi,

This is happening due to cache, if you use W3 Total Cache, you can exclude the page you use this post sorting from caching from here: http://screencast.com/t/Fc6sh4h9
Also please try to deactivate all plugins and check this again as some plugins may add conditions which can generate this types of issues.
