Review rich snippet now show up after change to review template 3

Hi…

I use review in my article https://irfan.id/review-terbang-dengan-batik-air/. The review rich snippet displayed on Google as yellow star while use post template style 2 before, but after changing to post template to “review template 3”, review rich snippet not show up again like in this pic https://prnt.sc/klu6yp.

I need solution to make review rich snippet show up again.

Hi,

So you used a star review before with no problem, and now you switched to points and Google does not show the review. Indeed there is an error

I will add this on our list to see if everything is set properly on our side, in the meantime please try and use the star or percentage reviews. Seems to be a value with the review result when using points.
