Changing colors of buttons, text, hyperlinks etc.

Hi,

Expanding on a previous ticket, I really can’t seem to find easily available options for changing the primary colors of buttons, hyperlinks, menu text, menu text when scrolling and other primary colors consistent throughout my site, so pointing out where to do any of this would be really appreciated (hopefully without CSS)!
