Hello my name lutfi. I am the owner of the website http://www.gapteksolutions.com
I had a problem.
1. Every time I update the article, google index categories in my website, instead link from the article. I think this is not good for seo, because url is one of the main factors that are important for seo. How can I fix this?
2. I do not want to date my article shown in search engines. I do not want visitors to know the articles I write is not considered an update in 2 months.
sorry if my english bad, I’m still learning 🙂

You should likely learn to use YOAST SEO, as this allows you to build proper site maps for Google for your site, and let them know which pages NOT to index, and which are a priority. E.g., not index tags and categories, and only index posts.
Google keeps track of when the story was first indexed so you cannot hide that from them or other sites like archive.org which may index your content, etc., however you can remove the date stamp from your post pages (there are instructions in the forum, if you search; or wait for Marius or Lucian to reply with help).
You should also learn to use Google Webmaster tools as this identifies which pages have been indexed, you can deprecate (push down) pages, and submit your sitemap once you have YOAST (or similar) fully configured.

I’m sorry, I need a solution for this.
some keywords that I target, has been dropped from the top because the url is indexed categories. Not url articles.
Please give me a clue what to do.
Thankyou,
Hello,
I think this question should be addressed to the plugin author. He can provide a better solution for this. You will need to check out the documentation on yoast to properly set up your plugin for optimum results:

Thank you!
