I have a dilemma as I like all the extra premium features newspaper 9 comes with but…
I like a page design from newsmag 4 called “Scandal”.
This Scandal page has the look and feel I want but as stated wondering if there is a way to access
the extra features found in Newspaper 9.

Hello,
The theme demos are only styles applied for the theme. They do not change the theme functionality. You can achieve that look on newspaper as well using the color settings and the tagdiv composer.
