Social Counter Plugin has a problem : Please Help

Hello,

This is regarding the issue with Facebook plugin on social counter.

Recently i have brought the Newspaper Theme , it looks stunning and working fine,but
Im unable to update the facebook details on social counter.

Could you please help me to update the facebook count on website.
