Hi, just wanted to know how I can change the links/text displayed in the social media section of my sidebar on my site (can’t find anywhere to do so).

hello,
The sidebar can be implemented in 1 of 2 ways.
If its your homepage we are talking about, please edit the page in the page builder as the sidebar is most likely created directly on that page on a split row.
If it’s a post or category, the check under appearance->sidebars
