Changing headings/text in various areas of theme

Hi,

Having some frustrating issue trying to figure out how to change a variety of headings/text throughout the theme that I desperately need changed (see screenshots):

Headings in content areas:

Additionally for the footer area, I’d love to know how to change the text and link of buttons that are there (there’s a give-more button that I have no clue how to customize).

The same goes for popular categories and other titles that are predefined.
The footer area is set from the theme panel under footer settings
