Hello,

Please do not use Gutenberg right now as it is still an evaluation version and our thee does not yet have any implementation made for it. When the official Gutemberg will be out, we will also release the proper theme compatibility.

Great that you’re working on it! It looks like WordPress 5.0 could come out soon. It would be fantastic to start testing with Gutenberg prior to the release.
