My theme was automatically initialized.Why?

Besides,activate request message appear on my management screen.

Surely,I’ve already finished activate.

Actually,this problem happened last Wednesday.

And same problem happend yesterday and today.

I turned off Cloud flare,but this problem happen continuously.

My server is Globat.

I want this trouble will never happen.
