Author Pictures not showing

I downloaded some author cloud template and author photo is not showing properly (it shows an image with logo).

Provide more details about what exactly image you are referring to? Also, you can provide some useful screenshots so I will be able to provide a more accurate response.

Having a similar problem from the Cloud templates. The author’s photo is not showing the photo of the author as it should automatically.
