Facebook count is not working in Social Counter plugin.

Hi,

I am using newspaper theme. Everything works fine except the facebook count in Social Plugin. Can you please help and let me know what i am missing. I have already done it according to the documentation provided.

Hi,

Try to use a test ID, use cocacola for example – https://www.screencast.com/t/WrUtq1grslab

Then switch to your ID, see if it works. If there is still a problem, send us an email at contact@tagdiv.com and provide admin login so we can take a look. Include a link to this topic in the email.
