Hi, my website is different on mobile and desktop. Desktop has the latest articles and design but mobile does not.

Different in what way exactly? If the mobile theme plugin is not active, then the same content from desktop will be displayed across all devices.
If you could mention some more details I will check it out.
The mobile site (incognito and non incognito in Chrome) shows posts on 17 Aug 2018 (Belgravia green…) and before, while the desktop shows all the articles (after 17 Aug 2018). Strangely now, on desktop chrome incognito, all articles are shown, while on desktop non-incognito, only articles before 17 Aug 2018 are shown.

Ok now it seems like the starting date is different for incognito and non-incognito.
I’ve checked and all the posts are set to show from all categories, so the latest one should always appear.
The funny thing is that when I login as admin and visit the site, the latest post is shown. When I don’t login and visit the site, the latest posts are not shown. Thanks for your help.

It could be caching, most caching plugins will not serve a cached version for logged in users, others will see pages from the cache.
The cache should be cleared when you make modifications or publish a post, may depend on the settings however.
Try to clear all caches, provided by plugin, by the server/hosting, clear browser cache as well or force refresh the page (for most browsers is Ctrl+Shift+R). Check what happens after doing this.
