Featured images showed per post

I had to use autopost thumbnail PRO in order to get the featured images for more than 500 post.
It takes the first image of one post, so mostly of them are duplicates now and I had to turn off the “show featured images field”. However, I would like to show it for some post I have modificated with new featured images, Is it possible? I mean, I would like to deactivate featured images just for: post settings -> post template -> style2 because the style 5 and 6 are the ones I will use with real featured images I am uploading.

Any idea? Thanks!

Hi,

You could set the featured image on from theme panel and remove this code from loop-single-2.php file, like this: http://screencast.com/t/EQsQnHXCFt
This will remove the featured image only for posts that use template 2 style.
