We have had problems activating/deactivating plugins from the administrator role. It doesn’t work. Our page receives on average a traffic of 10,000 visits and we have seen that the bug that we are evidencing may be of the template.

Do you have examples of pages that use your template and have this level of traffic?

What solutions can be given to fix this bugs that have been presented to us when modifying plugins?

We are attentive to your response,

Thank you very much

Hello,

If you have trouble activating or deactivating plugins, it could be a strong cache in place. Please clear all caching after disabling plugins. The theme does not prevent the proper roles and capabilities of the admin user so plugin control is not affected by the theme. There could be a plugin conflict affecting the proper functionality of WordPress though. Please test by disabling all plugins at once by renaming the plugins folder under WordPress: https://www.wpbeginner.com/plugins/how-to-deactivate-all-plugins-when-not-able-to-access-wp-admin/

Thank you!
