Donate page doesn't have header and logo

Hi,

I have created a page names donate us. But this page doesn’t have any header or logo appearing on it.

Please guide which setting will make the logo, header and footer appear with every page and post.

Hello,

usually every page should have the header and footer present. Please contact us via email at contact@tagdiv.com and provide wp-admin so we cna login and investigate this page.
