Hi there,
is there any way we can sort the archive pages by category, author or tag?

At the moment you can only sort by month or year (date).
However we would like to get an archive of posts from just one category.

You can do that by installing a plugin (you can try this plugin: Archive Post Sort Customize , you can read about it here: https://wordpress.org/plugins/archive-posts-sort-customize/ )
