Page Builder not working properly

Hello, there!

I’m having a problem with the graphic page builder (WPBakery). It’s not showing the contents graphically, it only shows a big block of text, as you can see in the screenshot:

I’ll give you the credentials, if you want to access the WordPress panel and see it for yourself:

Please change your credentials, because here on forum can been seen by anyone.

If you wish, you can send us an email at contact@tagdiv.com and provide admin login, as well as cPanel or FTP if possible. We will take a look. Include a link to this topic in the email.
