Hello,
I want it after login sign in to TOP HEADER.
I already did this in the tagdiv_theme file.

That I saw, but you don’t explain what you aspect to do, you wish to have redirect log in in top header, or what?
Maybe you can do that with a plugin like Peter’s Login Redirect ( https://wordpress.org/plugins/peters-login-redirect/ )

redirect is after login in this login form.

the Peter Login plugin does not work for the theme login form.
