I want to set up an individual page on my site that an individual user that they can log in and edit only that page.
I was wondering if you could recommend how I can do that without them having access to any other place on the site. Is that possible on WordPress?

Unfortunately, the theme does not have any such an option that allows you to have an individual page for each user can log in, sorry! You should find such a plugin with this functionality and check how it works. Sorry but please notice that we do not have any recommendation in this case.
