For some reason my blockquotes have font size 40 or something (the text is really huge), how can I change it’s font size, font style and color ..etc?

You’ll find this option in Newspaper>Theme panel>Theme Fonts>Post content ( https://www.screencast.com/t/jz8KQpx5CEPT ).
