Good night. I built a page using tagdiv composer and it looked great, but I’m getting a lot of errors on this page.

Like this: Errors at columns elements: 1(models) : 0(dom). The model does not match the content

Also, below the footer, appears the code used by td composer and messy modules, until you get to another footer … I already moved everything and nothing solved. Can anyone help me with this?

Oh, I already know that the error does not have the aver with memory …

I emailed support and no one answered me so far.

My website is http://www.odiariocarioca.com

The error is on the home page

Hi,

We will try to reply as soon as possible, in the allocated support hours (please check top banner and right sidebar). Also if you reply in your own topic multiple times it will refresh the topic date and move it to the back of the line, we answer from oldest to newest.

If you also sent us an email, we will take a look and continue the discussion by email. The website seems to be offline at the moment – https://www.screencast.com/t/mnqlH9VgNpn

Thanks

Hi,

@Mediamag
We could take a look at this, does it happen just for that cloud template? Or does it happen for other templates or pages?

Send us an email at contact@tagdiv.com and provide admin login, mention how we can recreate the issue on your website. If possible provide cPanel or FTP as well, could be necessary for the investigation. Include a link to this topic in the email.

Thanks
