Unwanted Ads showing up where they shouldn't

The Newspaper Theme panel isn’t controlling Ads properly.

I have a Header Ad appearing — when there shouldn’t be one at all — and I haven’t put code in for one.
I have multiple inline ads inside of my posts — when there should only be one.

And this is after having Envato install the newest version of the Newspaper theme just this morning.

Hello acavittfisher,

Please install the theme via FTP way because this is the surest method in this case. Usually, we do not recommend to install the theme via Envato Toolkit because might appears some issues. If the problem is still there, please send us an email at contact@tagdiv.com with your log-in information (wp-admin) so we can further investigate it closer your setup page and Ads section.
