Link td_header Links to target="blank"

Top Menu (black one) – how do I have these links link to another window (target blank)? Also, what is the original code so it’s aligned left? I adjusted the CSS and can’t figure out how to get it back to the original. Thanks.

For the css you can search the original style in the original theme files style css or send a link to your site so I can inspect it.
