I’m getting so many 404 errors for the below URL: wp-content/themes/Newspaper/demos_popup/new-badge.png and wp-content/themes/Newspaper/demos_popup/demos-popup.png?v=4

Provide your website with the complete URL so I can access it. Also, before this, try to re-save the permalinks and check the results.

Hi,
Where are you getting the errors? Those are files from the theme folder, there would be no reason to access those URLs.
If they appear in the search console maybe try and remove them
