Hi, How can I enable comments on a custom post type?

Hi,

Go in the post you’ll like to have comments look in the right corner for “Screen Options” click to expand, check comment box and discussion box https://www.screencast.com/t/JV4rpdh6d
after that go down until you see the “Discussion” field and check allow comments https://www.screencast.com/t/zcas92Tf

Hi Calin, Thanks for your reply! This would definitely work for a single post, but how to enable it for all posts of a custom post type?

Hi,

The setting are the same like for single post .
Please check the settings from Settings>discussion check Allow people to post comments on new articles
