Hello. I’m from Brazil and recently bought the Newspaper theme, but I did not download it, because checking some technical information, the guy who will help me build the site told me that the theme does not meet my needs. Apparently, the theme is too heavy to the server that I can afford, and mainly, it does not properly support DFP, mechanism that I will use to monetize the site. So, although I liked the theme among so many others, I need to ask for a refund. How should I proceed?
