Th search results to my new installed theme overrides(Images and texts). I have gone through the theme panel couldn’t find anywhere i can solve the issue. kindly help.

I have installed Newspaper 8.8 theme to my site, but the problem is, whenever i do general search to my site, the images in search results returned are not trimmed to desired size instead, they interact with the text on right side.

Please try first to change the search template from newspaper>Theme panel>Template settings Search templates ( set another template https://www.screencast.com/t/rqmeiHVmAC
save and clear see if the problem is still there).
