Hello cleciomayrink,

The theme does not have any such an option for this, sorry! If you want to change the font for those sections you need to use a bit of CSS code. If you need more assistance, in this case, provide your website URL so I will be able to provide a more accurate response.

Please add the below css in Newspaper>Theme panel>Custom code>Custom css
.td-category-siblings .td-pulldown-filter-list .entry-category a{
font-size: 13px;
}
