How to activate the automatic code syntax editor?

In Appearance / Themes / Customize / additional CSS
we want the suggestions to be activated when writing.
as in the photo.

Sorry, but I can’t see the image! I do not have any access. I did not know about what kind of automatic code syntax editor you are referring.
